Physical energy		After 20 minutes I started feeling a little rush and it would give me about 2-3 more reps on each set.
Taste		I tried out the Grape flavoured version and honestly, it tasted like ****.

Taste		Overall, I would not recommend NO Xplode to anyone who minds tasting **** in their mouth
