Physical energy		Whenever I sampled this, all it did was give me a serious head rush and made me rather nauseous.
Pump		The pump was not there either.

Taste		Great flavor, tastes like you are drinking Kool Aid.
Value for money		But for the price, this product does good.


Pump		like many other pre-workout product, better use on empty stomach~ really nice pumping!

Headache	Only preworkout to ever give me massive headaches every time I take it.


Taste		When I got a sample of this in the mail I was a little skeptical, I split the packet in half which is even less then the recommended dose and I took it before my chest workout about 30 minutes later I felt like I could wokout for hours like someone had just hooked me up to some jumper cables and I had the best workout in awhile I took the next dose 2 days later with my back workout and it was just as good and the taste of the watermelon is great, I look forward to getting more of this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants to add a whole new level of intensity to their workout
