Pump		I definitely get a good pump from using this and feel like I can keep lifting.
Taste		Flavor wise, I would recommend avoiding the Fruit Punch.

Focus		I give a 8/10 because the first few times i took it (1 1/2 scoops) was CRAZY !! I took it on my way too the gym and wow what a feeling i can lift a few pounds more than usually and feel waaay more focused on my training

Taste		I was amazed that people liked the Blue Raspberry flavor when I read the reviews before buying this.
Taste		But once I got passed the taste it was a decent pre-workout.
