Muscle gain		muscle gains real good started stacking with cell mass and GABA, ZMA, and of course Protein.
Pump		being that said i would have to say that the pumps are great and focus is strong.

Fat loss		I've taken 2.0 twice now and hate it, I've only started working out again a few months ago and had some black powder that someone gave me and noticed a big drop in reps and weight when I switched, hate the taste and hate the stupid face itch tingle crap.

Taste		I had tried no explode a year ago, not impressed at at, then i decided to try the new 2.0 version, Much better product, ive tried watermelon and fruit punch, just ordered grape flavor hope it taste good, all in all much better product this time around.
