Diarrhea	I started using Assault to switch things up from Jack3d, and I have never and I never want to again experience the kind of horrifying diarrhetic poops I got from this stuff, I used about a 1/2 scoop as directed and it made my stomach more upset than when I had the stomach flu.

Muscle gain		I can definitely tells that I've gained some muscle mass and more ripped.
Pump		Best pre-workout supplement I have taken and I've tried NO explode, jacked and super pump.
Taste		Great taste also!

Taste		I used the blue arctic raspberry flavor and thought it was too tangy for my tastebuds; also the color of the drink (blue) started to give a very, very slight blue stain on my teeth (cured that right away by brushing my teeth right after working out though which is no problem).
