Ingredient profile		Also wish the scoop that is included was equal to what is described as a 1/2 scoop on the label, so measurements went one scoop for moderate training and two scoops for intense training, instead of 1/2 for moderate and full for intense.


Physical energy		I've cycled through assault, and jack3d, both of them multiple times, and actually back and forth, and I even one time mixed both of them in one dosage, overall I'd give the edge to assault, the biggest factor is the more realistic energy it gives me, and NO CRASH, I often crash after jack3d which is not ideal for someone who likes to work out in the early hours of the day, and then has to attend a job.


Focus		i lift at about 1:30 or 2 am and this stuff gives me alot of energy and focus to do that i need to do in the gym.
