The New Clearshot - Reformulated, Reflavored and Repackaged

Clearshot was recently given a makeover and now comes in the Green Tea and Lemon flavor. While this may seem like an odd combo, it actually tastes pretty good, although it takes a sip or two to get used to. Seems like this doesn't give you as much of a rush as the old Clearshot, although I thought the effects lasted longer. I also don't like that there is only one serving per bottle; the old version had two so you could choose the dosage. This still has that classic burn but it's not unpleasant, the flavor masks it pretty well. Kicks in very quickly.

This review I'm doing is on the new Clearshot. Patrick Arnold is no longer a part of Ergopharm, so things are a little different. This stuff comes in a smaller plastic bottle and contains 2 oz of liquid in it. The flavor is also different with this time it being Green Tea and Lemon. When this stuff hits your tongue, you can feel the ginger. The old version feels stronger upon first taking it than this stuff. I got a nice boost after taking it, but it did not feel as strong as the original Clearshot. Still, this would be something I would take in the morning to get my day started or right before a workout. The new Clearshot does just enough to brighten any day.

Clearshot has quite a reputation for being a powerful energy product, and it's not without reason. However, if you're not a stranger to caffeine, you may not be blown away. Clearshot packed solid energy, I could feel it practically from the first sip. It also seemed to have a thermogenic effect, as I felt quite warm. It kept me energized, but not for a substantially long period. I should note that I took one dose (half of a bottle), and you can take two. Tastewise, the name could not be more accurate - it has a nice apple taste but is VERY spiced, almost too much to be tasty. If you're not a fan of strong flavors, you may want to water this down a bit. Price is decent, Clearshot does score points for convenience though - very compact, no mixing needed.

Stizm from Ergopharm is some powerful energy stuff. Each bottle holds two servings and I took the whole bottle. Talk about in the zone and focused on a task. This stuff is more focus than energy as you don't worry about things around you because you want to get the job done. The taste is pretty strong and when I let people smell it they thought it was vodka. When I started drinking it, you can feel it working because of the thermogenic ingredients in it. If you need energy and focus in a quick manner, then Ergopharm hit a winner with this product. You can get 12 of these for about 36 dollars, but each bottle is two servings. Really, you have 24 servings for 36 dollars which ain't bad. I would recommend you pick this up.

So I says to my psychologist, "Hey doc, I have a problem. Every single time I'm about ready to get it on with a beautiful model, I get this odd hankering for vodka, warm apple cider and speed. You have any meds for this?" He says to me, "kid, you're not my patient and you're only 12, so I'm not going to be giving you any drugs, but I can recommend something to you..."

Focus - In my line of work, it's important that I can think clearly. With just 1/2 a bottle of this, I can focus on drawing lines in 3D like a Catholic priest on a schoolboy.

Alertness - Sometimes doing analyses over and over again gets old. It makes a guy want to nod off and drool on the keyboard (so that it shorts out and he can get a new one). This stuff allows one to perform the most mundane of work with the tenacity of a teenage guy working over his cougar of a teacher.

Mental Energy - With a mere 1/2 bottle of Clearshot, I'm given the mental energy to make papers burst out of this plastic apparatus...with black pixels inscribed upon them. I can even make them burst out of there with colored pixels. Super hero-like mental energy? I think so.

Strength - I just finished working out about 56 minutes ago. While I can't attribute my strength fully to this, I don't think the jump was coincidental. I went from 7 @ 70 for seated overhead DB press to 8 @ 75. 50mg of H-Drol preworkout may have played a small role as well.

Taste - Holy Moses, this tastes outstanding in Apple Cider! A hint of cinnamon/apple with a warm feeling to it. It burns the throat much like an alcoholic drink, but in a good way. I'd highly recommend this to Jagerbomb lovers. Not too sure what I'd mix it with, but it could definitely make one strong/delicious drink.

Value - How could I give this a 4.0? It's simple. Despite it's high price, the stuff works. I can pay for more a four pack of Redbulls and get nothing.

Overall, this is the best darn energy drink I've used. Expensive, yes, but very effective and absolutely delicious! If you're feeling rich, go buy a 12 pack - now! If you're spending money on natural t-boosters, stop it. Get some cheap and effective M-Drol instead, and use the money you save on this.

Now that I've found an all-in-one product for satisfying my cravings, I can have my way with beautiful models like usual. Ah yes, life is good, thanks Ergopharm.

So I opened up the bottle and took smell of it, somewhat strong. I really did not know what to expect since, some people like it others don't.

My first sip of Clearshot, I can describe like a tangy flavor with a bite to it. When the liquid was going down my throat, I felt a warm tingle (no homo). On my second sip of it, my nostrils cleared up, I was like wow!!! I like this!!!
After taking half a bottle(1 serving), the flavor went away.

On my second dose about 45 minutes into my workout, the taste became more familiar and tasted better, the zing initially is what wakes me up, followed by the warm feeling down my throat (once again no homo). I pretty much chugged all of the second serving, definitely good!!!!!

side note: I know everyone has different taste buds, but seriously guys I really can't understand some of you saying it's gross. Grow some focking shaved ballz!!!! How do you deal with let's say "Bacardi 151" or Jack or Tequila from Jose Cuervo???? Do you whine in this same manner? I personally don't like these, but man up people!!!! Clearshot does not taste bad at all.

EFFECTIVENESS= Overall 10/10


After the first serving about 15 minutes later, I got this overwhelming rush of energy and positive anger!!!! The attitude of, "I want to deadlift", bring it b*tch!!! ok enough caveman talk.

Another feature I noticed is unmatched focus, zone type. I can describe as I don't even notice anyone else at the gym, just me and the dumbbells. The endurance was also great, I took less rest times in between my sets, just awesome feeling.

So after the second dose of Clearshot, I went for cardio. Again zone feeling, felt like I just started working out, and wanted to go back and lift more. I just ran about 40 minutes, which was double the amount I normally do.

After all this I still have energy and typing this review, but I can't go to sleep.

INGREDIENTS/VALUE= Overall 9/10

The ingredients are citrulline malate, which helps with endurance and removing amonia from one's body. This is an expensive ingredient, so at 3g it's a nice dose of it. The other ingredients are from AMP, which have worked great in the past for me. The ginger I like, gives Clearshot I nice zing to it.

The value of this product is for me is worth the $2.70 a bottle. Now if hopefully this product becomes a hit for Patrick, he might be able to sell it in a large plastic jug to lower the price. I am definitely happy I purchased the 12 bottle package, and will purchase this again. However if it would cheaper in the future, I will become an addict.
