Taste		I tried the variety pack so I can try each flavor.
Taste		The key lime and tropical mango flavors were actually really good tasting.
Taste		The banana cream was all right and the cinnamon roll made me gag so I would not recommend that one solely on taste.
Recovery ability		I haven't really noticed much of a change with these muscle wise, the recovery after seems a little faster because I can literally take them 5 minutes after working out.


Taste		Fabulous flavor and easy for "on the go" people.
Value for money		Love the product...wish it was a little less expensive.

Value for money		Only problem is that its a little pricey.


Taste		It is unique, in that it is a gel like sustance in a squeezable pouch, and it is very very tasty!
Value for money		The only downside is it is a little too pricey - $40 for 22 packs.


Taste		This impresses me as well due to the fact that it taste like candy or frosting of some sort and to have basically no carbs or sugars in that is indeed.. impressive.

Value for money		As far as the nutritional values I'd give it a 9/10.. its only 2 carbs and 0 sugars which is something I look for when it comes to anything supplement wise.


Taste		first "Gel" pack i ever tried.. Key Lime tastes like a lime freeze pop.. tastes great.. bought these packs for the "convenience" factor.
