Texture		It's a smooth gel that isn't hard to get down at all, like I said.. Just like eating pie filling.. Almost wondering If you could use this as a pie filler..? Muscle Gel has 22g of protien and not a bit of sugar.

Vascularity		These are very convienent and I carry them around with me.


Taste		It's so convenient and quick to take, i actually like the gel/pudding taste to it.
