Taste		but did not have a expiration date and wen i opened the container is smelled like cheese even tho its supposed to be 100%pure glutamine that's not supposed to smell or taste like anything i added 1 scoop to my shake cause i had a very intense workout today and it changed the flavor it tasted different


Value for money		I liked how it was 100% glutamine the price was reasonable because I got it off wheycheap.


Taste		but the taste is aweful!!!!

Pump		I take 6 grams before my workout, 6 after, and 6 before bed, mixed with water or lemonade or jack3d or superpump.
Taste		Barely any taste at all.


Recovery ability		Very helpful for post-workout recovery.
Mixes well		but it mixes well into a shake made with either a blender or shaker cup - you can't even tell it's there.


Value for money		Essential for lifting switched to this glutamine recently because of the value/servings ratio
