Blueberry

I was looking for a change in my usual protein bar and these were cheap...not without reason. The first turn off lies in the profile - my standard first look measurement for protein bars is the protein:sugar comparison. These contain 17 g of sugar and 15 g of protein, which is not cool; more like a candy bar than a protein bar. Still, I suppose 15 g of protein in 210 calories isn't horrible, but it could be better. Luckily, some of the sugar here comes from the fact that these contain fruit. Along with the fruit comes a hefty amount of vitamins - A, C, E and plenty of minerals. This is more of a healthy snack bar than a protein bar, I guess. The taste isn't mind-blowing but it is good - nice blueberry granola flavor.
