Green Tea Powder (NutraPlanet)

GREEN TEA containins powerful polyphenol antioxidants. The most effective are catechins (especially EGCG), believed to be over 200 times more powerful than Vit. E at inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Studies show lower arthritis, cancer, and heart disease rates with regular use of 4 cups or more per day.

It improves hormone balance by inhibiting both 5-alpha reductase and aromatase. Catechins have been shown to prevent the breakdown of cartilage and lower COX-2.

Green tea causes thermogenic fat loss, controls blood sugar,  and inhibits the digestion of starch.  Take with meals to help neutralize dietary carcinogens such as nitrosamines. Green tea is the most cost-effective of all the plant antioxidants.

95% Polyphenols; 50% EGCG

Green tea can get expensive if you're dosing it at an adequate amount. So i had the genius idea of getting bulk powder. My first commment to everyone, only get it if you can cap it or have something amazing to mask the flavor. it tastes like absolute ass. crystal light and gatorade wont cover this one up so just be ready for that.
effect wise, its not really anything overly noticable, but very similar to capped GT. you experience a decent thermogenic effect and a little bit of extra energy. Not quite mind blowing, but its exactly what you should expect from green tea. apparently with the powder you can also buy tea bags and use it to make tea itself. how to do that is beyond me
