Dark Chocolate Almond

Picked up this fiber bar because it seemed more appealing and convenient than consuming large quantities of vegetables. I also hoped it would have a decent amount of protein. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The 130-calorie bar contains just two grams of protein and only 5 grams of fiber, which really doesn't make it much of a fiber bar either. Despite the almonds, just 3.5 grams of fat, and eight grams of sugar. I would think that a "fiber bar" should have more fiber than sugar, which is why I docked points for profile. This product is certified organic, which may matter to you, and contains rolled oats for carbs, along with organic brown rice syrup. The flavor was alright, not deeply chocolatey and not very strong in the almond department. It came off tasting a little sweet and overall, I would not purchase this again.
