Oatmeal Raisin Walnut

I wasn't even aware Everlast made bars until I ran across these at a Rite-Aid that was also selling No-Xplode for $65. Really. Anyway, these are definitely a small snack - 160 calories, but each contains 14 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. However, there's also 12 grams of sugar (though some is from the raisins) and interestingly enough, it also contains agave syrup, as these are "natural" bars. Other carb sources include rolled oats, yogurt and dextrose. The protein sources aren't bad - soy, whey isolate and milk protein isolate, though soy is the main source, which may not sit well with you. Just 3.5 grams of fat per bar, with fat coming from walnuts and sunflower oil. 22 grams of carbohydrates total, but don't worry - this contains yerba mate to help burn those off. Yes, yerba mate. An odd choice, so you may not want to be consuming these late at night if you're sensitive to the mate.
