Ice Cream Sandwich

This is by far the most unique protein bar I've ever had the pleasure of eating - I'm glad I grabbed a BOGO sale. These look exactly like ice cream sandwiches, except you don't have to worry about melting. The outer cookie is crisp and has a light chocolate taste. The inside is richer and creamy, with a nice vanilla cream taste - the consistency is excellent. These are a little fragile due to the outer cookie, but more than worth it. The taste is great and the profile isn't bad. 300 calories, 30 grams of protein, coming from whey protein isolate, milk protein concentrate and soy protein isolate, so there's some extended release there. Just two grams of sugar but 20 grams of sugar alcohols for a total of 30 grams, and 8 grams of fat. No CLA or MCTs, but 6 grams of saturated fat. No minerals or vitamins to speak of, but these are tasty and high in protein.
