Physical energy		but I can only give this a rating of 4. I really didn't notice any increased energy or boost through my workout.

Pump		I thought this worked pretty good I took while at work and felt a light pump for an hour or two without doing anything!


Endurance		I am able to longer and stronger, I feel less fatigued by far even after pushing through extra cardio.
Taste		however like to do my own research and this intra workout product is amazing, tastes great and mixes easily.

Value for money		It is always great when you come across a product that actually works for you and the price was fairly friendly too.
