Physical energy		Need to mix with a lot of water, I usually take during workout, giving an extra energy boost!

Recovery ability		Last week I started to notice that even with the volume and intensity of my workouts I’m starting to recover a lot quicker than normal, I’m usually sore for a good week on a leg day alone

Taste		Purple Wraath 90 Servings Taste – 3/5 I use two servings per session in 20oz. of water because I want it to last through my cardio after I lift, and when I get halfway through I always refill my bottle with more water.
Taste		I’m not too fond of this juicy grape flavor,
Taste		but it does taste alright considering it’s a sports supplement.
Taste		It’s also definitely an acquired taste; it took me a couple of days to get used to it

Value for money		Now I know of people that take 2 or even 3 scoops on a daily basis either on one single chug or over a period of time, including myself and I definitely think the price could be lowered just a bit.

Ingredient profile		If you are using the recommended servings as indicated on the label though the 90 serving tub will last you forever, so all in all it’s a decent deal, not great
