Summer is rollin around so I figured it was time to get back to my intensive cut to pull myself into a beach ready body.
A huge help to that has been Sub-Q by fusion bodybuilding.
This fat burner really did quite the number for me. The energy was really good (i had to start with only 2 caps as the 200mg of total caffeine at 3 was too much). I never had any problems with a hard crash or anything of that nature.
One of my favorite parts to the ingredient profile is the inclusion some amino acids. Its not much, but i am an amino addict and always use them during my workout, so being able to get a little bit more before hand definately helps with preventing muscle loss.

this is a great burner, i'd really suggest trying it out!

Diarrhea	I'm in pain with stomach cramps, and diarrhea after 4 days of use.


Value for money		Wasn't the biggest fan of price ($50 for a couple weeks supply).

Crash	It does have a vicious drop and am surprised more people aren't experiencing a crash.


Strength		I do 20 mins of cardio which could be anything from getting on an eliptical at 10 tensile strength for 20 mins then jumping into my workout; to doing lunges with 35 pound weights on a track before I jump into my workout.
Fat loss		yet again with a Fat-Burner that says it will deliver incredible "noticeable" results.
Fat loss		I have used the fat-burner in harmony with a healthy diet and have not seen any of the results that they specified.
Value for money		Looks as though I wasted more money

Thermogenic effect		I never felt the "thermogenic" reaction every other reviewer seemed to notice, even at 3 capsules.

Nausea or vomiting	3 capsules made my stomach hurt and I often felt sick at the end of a workout.


Fat loss		I've never switched to any other fat burner after my 1st experience with Sub-Q :D.

Thermogenic effect		but I really didn't like the jittery feelings and the over sweating I'd get from it (try interviewing a client and at the same time sweating like a pig :P lol).
