on another adventure to GNC's clearance counter, i picked up a couple bottles of R3 for about 12$ per bottle. I will actually say, i think this supplement has helped out with my recovery. The last 2 months i have been using it, my training has been alot more intense than normal, and yet i havent been experiencing the DOMS i have quite expected, and while i also figured i'd be over training and undereating, my numbers had all been going up consistently.
The profile has some random things that i wasnt sure of, so i would suggest researching some things first.

I would say try it if you can find it cheap. Its not worth the regular sale price of 80$ or whatever, but if you find it being cleared out, pick it up
