Texture		does not make too much foam, goes down smooth and does not bloat me.
Taste		I always only use water and a shaker cup for my shakes and this protein has the best all around taste, mixability and digestion.

Texture		1-Dissolves so easily 10/10 2-Recovery is so fast as if its hydrolyzed 9/10 3- Mixes so smoothly 10/10 4-Not sweet at all WHICH is GOOD!! 10/10 Universal ultra whey is by far one of the best whey protein i ever tried in the recovery period and it dissolves so easily and i like that so i can put it in my shaker right after my workout as for the taste its almost like a Chocolate without sugar and thats what i LOVE about it i dont feel it so sweet like other proteins or ON gold standard.

Taste		Thats why I give it an overal 6. However I didnt take this product long enough to know if it helped with recovery or anything like that due to the fact that THE TASTE WAS UN-BEARABLE!!!!!

Texture		It is very smooth without any clumps using a shaking cup.

Taste		Where they succeed in quality, the fail miserably in taste.
