Taste		I find the chocolate flavor decent enough
Taste		but I prefer the taste of ON's 100% whey.
Value for money		Cost-wise, it's a bit more expensive than ON if you compare it on a gram per protein basis.


Texture		Taste like ****, impossible to blend, not much protein per scoop so i mixed 3 scoops of this in with a smoothie to get decent protein out of it and to cover the taste

Value for money		I actually ended up getting this due to its cheapness at Costco.

Recovery ability		It helps you too recover, and grow healthy muscle!


Muscle gain		I don't really like the results as i gaing lean mass i want to gain big not lean.
Taste		As for the flavor its easy to consume and when mix with ice cream and oat meals and banana its tates really good.

Taste		UNREAL, I almost vomited it back up so sick and disgusting, I decided to mix it with ON 100% just so I don't lose my lunch that is very brutal, I am so ****** off, as soon as I tasted it I wanted to return it and pay more $ for a better product honestly people who love this probably never tried a better tasting protein to compare to cause they don't wanna pay more...

Value for money		I just might send EAS a letter I feel so ripped off, I WILL NOT BUY THIS EVER AGAIN!!!! Also I was thinking of trying Dymatize Whey cause it is cheaper than ON 100%
