Blueprint makes a lot of claims - improving body composition, muscle fullness, elicits release of LH and GH, but the results weren't as lofty as the claims. I did feel like I was pumped more often and leaned out while adding weight, but it was nothing drastic, and it's debatable whether or not a more closely watched diet would have produced the same results. No knock on the product, but $40 for a 20-day supply is a bit much.
