Pump		This is one of the excellent protein I have tried, great recovery and pump from this.

Taste		Taste was amazing though, and for anyone that reallly needs that extra protein, the 50g in the same 310 calories would be nice because that leaves you more calories for consuming other protein sources.

Upset stomach	Never had any stomach discomfort while using this protein.


Texture		1-2 scoop(s)powder (depending on your protein needs and calorie intake) 1 T natural peanut butter 1/2-1c ice 3/4c almond milk For a smoother blend put in 1/2 the ice then the peanut butter followed by the powder then the rest of the ice and top it off with the almond milk.


Taste		Graham Cracker is honestly THE best tasting protein I have ever had.
