Cinnamon Bun

As you've likely already heard, these are absolutely delicious. It's just like eating a dessert, but that's likely a result of the nutrition profile - 14 grams of sugar. Still, at least the bar has more grams of protein (25) than sugar, unlike other bars. However, for a 300 calorie bar it is very small and not very filling, which is unfortunate. It does taste great warm, although that may not be an option if you're out and about. Either way, a great bar if you can get past the sub-optimal sugar content. Still way better than a real cinnamon bun.
