I've been using this for the digestive benefits as well as the circulation improvement. I've been very satisfied, as my stomach gets upset less often and my circulation seems to be better - usually I'll lose feeling in my foot after sitting for about half an hour, but that issue has gone away. Very inexpensive for a quality product.
