Chocolate Cream

It seems EAS has a nearly limitless supply of MRP-type supplements, and this one contains 2.5g fat, 23g carbohydrates, and 23g protein. The taste is pretty good, it tastes like every other chocolate EAS shake basically, and only has five grams of sugar. I like the profile, although all of the carbs are from maltodextrin, though the protein is MPI, which is preferable to straight whey. This is good for an on-the-go snack or part of your pre/post-workout nutrition. It has a nice selection of vitamins and minerals added as well. Not the best value, but no convenience product is.

Strength Overall, I give the EAS Myoplex Strength Formula RTD a 9/10.

Taste Now, this RTD comes in four different flavors,
Taste but I have only tried the Vanilla Cream and the Chocolate Cream flavors, which taste amazing.
Taste The taste of this RTD is shocking given the track record of most RTDs.
Value for money The next ingredient on the label is Calcium Pantothenate, or Vitamin B-5, which has no dietary value.
Ingredient profile The first batch of actual ingredients on the label are Filtered Water, Milk Protein Concentrate, and Corn Maltodextrin.
Ingredient profile First on this label is Filtered Water, which is a given to the health benefits of water.
Ingredient profile The first ingredient on the label under the “Less Than 2% Category” is Calcium Caseinate, which is a protein that neutralizes capsaicin, the active ingredient in jalapeños, habaneros, and chili peppers.
Ingredient profile The next ingredient on the label is Sucrose.
Ingredient profile The next ingredient on the label is Calcium Pantothenate, or Vitamin B-5, which has no dietary value.
Ingredient profile Next on the label is High Oleic Safflower Oil, which is very good for the heart, provide the body with an abundance of Vitamin E, as well as provide moisture to your skin.
Ingredient profile The next ingredient on the label is Acesulfame Potassium, which is a calorie free artificial sweetener.
Ingredient profile The last ingredient on the label is Sucralose, which is a zero-calorie artificial sweetener.
Ingredient profile So as you can see, there really aren’t any so-called “bad” ingredients in this product.
Ingredient profile Minus Sodium Molybdate and Maltodextrin there aren’t any ingredients that scare me away from this product.
