60 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrates and three grams of fat, a pretty solid profile I'd say. This is a blend of WPC, Egg Albumin, Calcium Caseinate and WPI, so it's a sustained-release powder. This mixed up pretty thick. It was definitely a flavorful chocolate though not the best I've had, not very rich or dark chocolate tasting.

Texture		With Lebrada ProV60 you get a smooth and rich taste with zero aftertaste.

Taste		Labrada Pro v60 is an amazing lend of protein and it is the most delicious protein powder that I have ever tried.


Taste		It contains different protein sources which are digested at different rates (fast ,medium and slow digesting proteins) This powder is also low in carbs The taste (chocolate) is great.

Anti-catabolic		I've never used any steroids or growth hormone so using protein to stay in a anabolic state is critical to maintaining muscle mass or growth for me.
