Crushing Punch

MST decided to update the classic Ragnarok, although from my experience nothing has really changed. This is still a great, zero-calorie formula free of excess sugars that offers a blend of creatines, beta alanine, AKG, caffeine and the whole nine yards. Energy was decent, but not overly impressive. I didn't feel any more focused than usual, and the energy effect wore off very quickly. And despite having a pleasant, pink color, this tasted horrendous. Perhaps it does need some junk carbs.

Taste		Creatine , agmatine sulfate, l-citrilline, and caffeine, beta alanine all proven supplements in their own right.The flavor was great you almost forget you are drinking a pre workout.
Mixes well		Another great thing is no dyes, this mixes fairly clear which is good nothing to stain your teeth or to put crayola colored liquids in your body.
Ingredient profile		For starters, thank you for putting the supplement profile along with dosage on the label.


Taste		it started working for me on the second use, and since then i have killed it in the gym! the only thing i did not like was the fact that it says not artificial flavors, colors, or additives,
Taste		yet it tastes like super sweet cotton candy and looks a bit on the fake side.


Endurance		I've used this product for quite a while now and find the focus i get from it extremely good and the extra stamina for that 1 or even 2 extra reps always surprises me.
Endurance		Long term stamina for me was pretty epic being able to rep and rep set after set.
Pump		The pumps you get are pretty standard as with all the pre-workout products I've tried.
