My progress in the gym hit a plateau. I had only been drinking whey protein and had some spare cash so I thought I would try something new (I had read good things about it before) to see if it's all just placebo or if it actually works.

ZMA helps me sleep easier which directly helps with recovery. I have not seen any strength gains or muscle gains however when I wake I'm fully awake and well rested.

I will continue taking this product because of its aid with sleeping and because it's pretty cheap and good for my well being. Maybe I will try a different brand but all in all I was pretty satisfied with the product and did not feel like my money was wasted.

NOW ZMA is one of the cheapest ZMAs available, and it seem sto be pretty good. While it doesn't have as much of a sedative effect as other brands, I do feel it is helping me get a restful sleep and my mood and strength are improving, meaning that the testosterone-boosting effects may be working.
