Yet another RTD whey isolate product. This one does a few things right, but more things wrong. The addition of L-Glutamine was a nice touch, so if you take this post-workout or even intra, that will help you out. It's also practically lactose free (being whey isolate), so it's great for even lactose-intolerance folks.

On to the bad. First, the taste wasn't very good - tasted watered down, I would have preferred if they just sold powder and a mixing cup and let you decide how much water you wanted. In addition, Fruit Punch is a poor, uninspired choice of flavor. Yes, Gatorade and other drinks have fruity flavors, but whey tends to be best when it's chocolate based, so I don't know why you'd move away from that. Surprisingly it takes 7 grams of sugar to create that lame taste, which is another drawback. As it's a drink, it's not very filling, so a bar would be better (albeit with more carbs and fat). My last complaint is about the nutrition panel - it says there is 42 grams of the the "Iso 42 Platinum Blend," yet this contains only 38 grams of protein. What?
