I grabbed this partly because of the funny name, but mostly because I had just run two miles (it's a lot for me) on a hot day and I figured some simple carbs and liquid would do me good. What I failed to realize in my sweat hurry was that this product has basically zero calories (although oddly, six grams of carbohydrates). It tasted like it would be sugar laden, but it didn't do much for energy as it was basically flavored water. It does have Vitamins B, C and E, though, which is nice as C and E are antioxidants and B gives you energy. Seems like something aimed more toward dieters who want something sweet.
Acai Fruit Punch
I was a little parched during my recent roadtrip to school but I felt weird paying for just water, yet didn't want some sugar-laden drink as I knew I'd be basically immobile for the next eight hours in the car, so I opted for the Lifewater because it had an Acai flavor. This tasted nothing like the Acai-flavored Fighters Food I had (which was delicious) - instead it was more of a bland, watered down fruit punch. Quite forgettable.
Mango Melon
This is the best tasting flavor I've had so far, with a pleasant mango taste with some generic melon aftertaste. In addition, it packs in 120% of the RDA for Vitamin C in just eight ounces, so that's pretty cool.
Strawberry Dragon Fruit
This tastes awesome, way better than the Mango. It also contains ginseng and Vitamins A, B and C so it gives you a little boost with antioxidants. Good if you need something sweet on a cut.
