This is your standard fish oil product, intended to give you Omega-3s if you can't afford Salmon. Two pills gives you a hefty helping of these much-needed fats which is pretty convenient. I didn't really notice any health enhancements with this, but healthy fats are never a bad thing. This is an attractively priced product and available pretty much anywhere (CVS, grocery store), so that's nice.
