What happens when a supplement company creates a product that incorporates pretty much every 'staple' ingredient but isn't quite sure when it should used? You get Cytocell.

Don't get me wrong, with creatine, citrulline malate, taurine, BCAAs and Beta Alanine, there's not much more you could ask for in this. The bizarre thing is that Cytogenix recommends you take this AFTER your workout and pre-bed...which means you're missing out on the benefits of the citrulline malate, beta alanine and taurine. Interesting.

I used this pre-workout and got a little boost, nothing major. Taste was pretty poor, but "Fruit Punch" flavors are always hit or miss, and usually pretty nebulous.
