I was just casually strolling through a supplement store and saw ABB Steel Bar. I had experience with Optimum Lift Bars, so i decided to give these a go. First off, this is some delicious stuff. The flavor I tried was Crunchy Peanut Butter and it was addicting. This would not necessarily be a pre-workout or post-workout treat, but its something you can eat to replace a meal. ABB specializes itself on quality and this is in fact quality goodness. This will satisfy your cravings and you can pick this up instead of candy. Quality protein is in this bar and you will enjoy. I have had better bars, but its good to change up the pace once in a while.

Value for money		but for the price and amount of protein they really can't be beat.


Taste		These Bars (chocolate peanut butter) have a VERY strong rubbing alcohol taste/smell to them.
Taste		I tried a bar from three separate boxes and they all smelled/tasted like rubbing alcohol.
Taste		I've had my fair share of energy/protein bars and this taste isn't normal.
Physical energy		I've had my fair share of energy/protein bars and this taste isn't normal.


Taste		The taste is remarkable, very hard to beat this bar in that catergory.
Taste		The drawback to this bar is the amount of sugar contained (hence the delicious taste).


Taste		!@#$!@%@# DELICIOUS, i got myself a box of these steel bars chocolate crisp and i feel in love with it.

Taste		This bar is addictive, probably the best tasting protein bar on the planet.

Taste		although good tasting they are way to sweet and mushy, (even right out of the cooler) and definitely no match for ABB Cookies & Cream.
Suppressed appetite		On the other hand absorption, hunger suppression and protein fill-up I don’t see any noticeable difference.
