This is some goooood stuff. A blend of casein and WPI, with 5 grams of Glutamine, no fat, no sugar, and incredibly low lactose. Definitely a winner from the nutritional standpoint. Consistency is just like Jello Pudding and is ready in about 10 minutes of refrigeration. It could probably take less time, but I let it sit to thicken out. The Chocolate flavor is great too, not artificial tasting. If you like ON's Nitro Core you'll probably appreciate the taste of this.
