Muscle gain		I have a fast metabolism and I am very tall (6'5") so it is hard for me to get all the calories I need to maintain, let alone gain any muscle mass.

Taste		Taste is not really a strong point for this product unfortunately.

Fat loss		I started on 1/2 serves of Muscle Juice and 1/2 of Cytogainer, and in 3 weeks I put on almost 3kg and 3% bodyfat!!! I've had to squeeze in Cardio everyday and adjust my diet now, and only take 1 scoop of MJ with 2 of CG to keep this under control.

Muscle gain		So, I started using Cytogainer about a year and a half ago, and had marginal results... (gained about 8 pounds over 6 months or so)...
Value for money		It packs a whopping 1100 calories (1300 when taken with milk) compaired to the 600 in Cytogainer, along with 56 grams of protein, not to mention the fact that it is about $10 cheaper then most other gainers out there for just as much or more of the product.
