I was looking for a convenient way to get a powdered protein that wasn't absorbed as quickly as whey, and the Wegmans Soy Protein Powder seemed to fit the bill. The Nutrition facts are impressive, 24g protein, 1g fat, 0g carbs per serving, and even though it's soy my body wasn't invaded by estrogen. It comes in Chocolate and Vanilla flavors; I chose the latter, and it wasn't that pleasant although I could choke it down, cinnamon made it a lot more pleasant. Mixability was quite poor, very clumpy and an overall bizarre consistency. Pretty reasonable price-wise, but still, not your best bet.
