So i went to sams club the other day, and they had these fiberone bars, and i felt that they are worth the buy. basically, its kind of a granola bar, comes in flavors of oats and chocolate or oats and peanut butter. It is made with a bunch of whole grains, and it gives you lots of fiber, about a days worth (cannot remember the exact amount). but its a great bar. There is not much fat in it, only maybe 4 grams. but it does pack some sugar though, more than is good for you. But i guess if you take some one of these before workout you can burn it off :).
