Recovery ability		well this product is awesome i must say its the best tasting blue rasperry supplement that i have ever tried its a perfect combo of sweet and sour its great! the product its self is a must for recovery and performance way to go scivation 10 out of 10 i will not train without XTEND:)

Taste		Tastes bad,
Value for money		Low price online, and has citruline malate in it already.
Ingredient profile		but has 2:1:1 amino acid profile which seems standard.

Endurance		I use 2 scoops with every workout and fatigue is never a problem.

Pump		The taste was top notch for supplements and fairly enjoyable, I use BCAAs as a pre-workout during my Intermittent fasting and I like the natural pump it gave me from what I believe was the citrulline malate.

Physical energy		Ran out the other day and could tell a major diffrence in my workout and overall energy level.I am thinking about trying there other products on my next order.


Endurance		XTEND is AWESOME for muscle recovery and helps reduce fatigue while hitting the gym hard!!! Since I've been using XTEND I have noticed less soreness and quick recoveries!!!
