Pump		Pump- 10/10 pump was insane, after chin ups my bis and forearms were killing me and vascularity was nice as well Overall Performance- 9.2/10- can't wait for the gains on this product!

Focus		Mixibility- 8.5/10 had a little foam on the bottom, just added more water, swirled and chugged, no problem here IMO Strength- 9.5/10 strength increased, i went up in everything except chin ups for some reason.. Focus- 9/10 focus was great, similar to ASGT, just had one thing in mind, to increase weight and do WORK.
