Upset stomach	Its one of the only protiens that I have found that I can take without have an upset stomach for 30 mins afterwards only other one I can stomach is muscle milk in under 24 gram doses.

Fat loss		I have actually lost 8 total lb.

Taste		but has an aftertaste that is unbelievably horrible.

Muscle gain		i first time used this products,my freind advise me to tray probolic sr,its worked.....as well,never used protein as probolic sr,i take one serving morning and another one befor bed time,i gained 20 lbs in 5 weeks!!!
