This cheap Kirkland brand Omega-3 fish oil capsules was another impulse buy on my part but has proved to be great! The overall oils found in each pill are actually quite low, at roughly 500mg EPA/DHA per 2 softgels. But at $10.99 with a coupon at Costco for 400 capsules, there really isn't much to complain about! Only down side is the minor bloating I seem to get when I ingest the pills in the morning with breakfast, but for some reason I do not get this effect when I take it with any other meals throughout the day. On the positive side, since starting this 4 months ago, I can feel a much easier joint mobility and a somewhat clearer thought process when I am at the gym - something which is probably not really the direct cause of the Omega-3's. Mainly, my bad ankle which I had damaged in high school used to be in a chronic state of discomfort and has significantly lessened with the fish oils in my dietary regimen. Highly recommended for a cheap starter Omega-3 supplement to get started!
