Pump		Would give it an 8.5 IMO for i get crazy good pumps on arm day when i use it.
Pump		i usually take 2 1/2 until i feel the pumps.
Taste		Strawberry kiwi is my personal favorite flavor for anything and Gaspari pulls through!! great tasting and a nice kick of sour!


Physical energy		but the results When working out not impressed no focus or even mid level energy boost and whatever is in here always gives me shortness of breath.
