Multivitamins. We all need them. And this is a great substitute for for getting all those essential vitamins that we are not able to consume. Three things i recommend any one for supplements, those are a pre workout , protein shake, creatine and multivitamins. This is the recipe for success, to get big.

Its definitely on the pricey range though. Being a student its hard to afford supplements at all, so in terms of bang for you buck i wouldnt get it. and stick with protein shake as that give results no matter what.

Take it after a meal and you will be good for the day. overall I wouldnt really buy this, but yet again you never hear " i got a great deal from GNC"
