Taste		The taste is quite enjoyable and the casein protein is great post workout/ bed time protein to keep you satisfied and in positive muscle building bliss!


Physical energy		Great in between meal shake, perfect for mid day energy boost, especially when I don't have time to eat something.


Texture		This protein is not bad at all just very thick if you're mixing it with milk,

Muscle gain		I've used it for the past two months and I'm In love with my progress and muscle gain.
Taste		Wow this is by far the best tasting protein I've had from bodybuilding.com.
