Mixes well		No clumps or foam.
Recovery ability		The 4.6g of Bcaa's and lil over 2g of Glutamine help with recovery quite a bit im sure.


Value for money		How this product keeps selling is beyond me people really need to educate themselves and learn how to read labels this is absolute garbage glycein and turine in the ingredient list all of you reading this needs to look up on Google or youtube why protein companies do this to there protein powder don't be fooled haven't any of you guys asked why it's so cheap even by bodybuilding.com
Value for money		standards since this product has came out they have offered bogo deals 50% off trust me they don't care about us that much don't you think they will be taking a hit if they really had a top quality product there would be no way they could sell it that cheap all the time since I've found out all the junk muscle tech sells I haven't purchased anything from them and just look at there so called revolutionary product clear mucle wow just wow please people stop buying garbage from companies like these and make them stop selling these lies and horrible wastes of money

Texture		Aside from the chalky like texture.
Taste		The flavor was delicious to me and I liked how it looked white and creamy.
Ingredient profile		As for the profile I thought it was a great profile.

Upset stomach	Didn't make my stomach upset or anything of that sort.

Taste		I've purchased Phase 8 a few times when they were on sale and was quite happy with the taste.

Texture		It's more of a foamy and thick consistency overall a lot of air bubbles and so forth.
Taste		but takes better to an ounce or two of water (wont bog the flavor much) or that much with additional skim milk.

Texture		NOTE I did find the texture to be a little "light" before mixing causing the need to be careful as the powder will escape in the air if not placed in shaker slowly (the reason for the 9 of 10 rating).
