Fat loss		Being 68 and having lost 26 pounds in 2013 due to heat exhaustion and Lyme Disease I have been using Body Fortress and Bow-Flex equipment since Jan. 2014 and have put on 13 pounds of muscle.
Taste		Have tested taste.
Taste		Taste is good.
Value for money		BUT compared to Body Fortress Super Advanced they are about equal and Body Fortress is easier to mix and less expensive.


Taste		The taste is great too (when mixing with milk, the chocolate tastes like chocolate milk and the vanilla like a vanilla milkshake, even though I'm not a gigantic fan of vanilla).


Taste		The chocolate phase 8 is one of the best tasting protein powders I've had, even mixed with water it is very creamy and mixed well.
Taste		I have also tried the vanilla, which was by far the best tasting vanilla protein I have had.


Taste		This is a great choice of protein.I have been useing phase 8 for the past 4/5 months in the chocolate flavor.

Gas or bloating	I've not found a whey or casein or mix thereof that doesn't bloat me.


Strength		I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I'm pleased to say I feel like I have experienced no loss in strength, and I experience gains even after workouts where I don't feel I achieved my full potential.
Value for money		I tried Phase8 after using another protein that is at least as expensive for several years.


Texture		It mixed well with milk and went down smooth.
Taste		I fist tried the vanilla and it is by far the best tasting vanilla protein powder that I have tried.
Taste		The Milk Chocolate did not mix as well with the milk like the vanilla and the flavor was a little strong to me.

Euphoria		Oh and also for coffee .I put some in my coffee in the morning si it tastes like a latte....ough ...in a mood for one right now.....Okys, hope this is helpfull guys, is my honest opinion of these two flavours.Cheers!
Taste		I used both Vanilla and Milk chocolate flavours and I have to say my favorite one is Milk chocolate because of the taste.
Taste		I'm taste sensitive and I tried a lots of other protins(GNC 100%whey, ON-Gold Standard, 100%casein -Cellucor, Arnolds Whey, The Musckle milk-Genuine, ISO 93, Combat-MP, i even tried vegetarian protein like Sun Worior-Worior Blend and the Absolute Vegetarian protein)
Taste		but there was something missing in each of them and an after taste that i could not stand and i never repuchase those ones again).I find that with Phase 8 you receive the most complete nutrition for your body to recover during you sleep and also makes a perfect pre-breakfast nutritional shake (i mean those are the two ways I'm using this) and the taste of it is amazing.Of course it has an after taste
Taste		but comparing to the ones above is not a metalic artificial one is a pleasent cocoa taste and it desapears after drinking a glass of water.
Taste		Cause 80% of the times I drink it with water and I find that this one tastes better just with water....and the Vanilla flavour it's more suitable for shakes.

Taste		My first thought of this product was how great it tasted.
Taste		By far one of my favorite supplements with taste and how well it works.
Physical energy		but it does work really well amd leaves you feeling energized all day.


Recovery ability		This is the perfect before bed meal replacement and muscle recovery supplement.


Taste		but the only complaint is the flavor.
Taste		The flavor tasted just like the protein i bought from walmart which tasted terrible.
Taste		I also tried the vanilla flavor too which tasted more like chocolate than chocolate its self.

Muscle gain		I would recommend phase 8 to anyone that wants to gain lean muscle.
