Taste		just tryed this new supplment phase 8 first one i tryed was vanilla tasted amazing and the second one i tryed was chocolate and it also was not bad

Taste		kinda nice i got to try all three flavors of phase 8. chocolate was by far my favorite followed by strawberry and vanilla.

Recovery ability		Most times I don't eat before I go to bed so this phase8 is ideal for me because it provides the recovery immediately after the gym
