I knew I should have been worried when there was no flavor clearly marked on the bar. If a company can't reasonably come up with a name for what the bar tastes like, that's not a good sign. Of course, I can't really blame Odwalla because I would have absolutely no clue what to call this, either. You can taste some of the ingredients, like oats, raisins, and dates, but there isn't really a consistent overall flavor, just random tastes depending on what part of the bar you bite into. I opted for this because I figured it'd be a fairly healthy choice, but I figured they could at least make it taste good. Not the best profile ever if you're looking for a protein bar, but not incredibly damaging either, with 210 calories, 14 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbs (4 grams of fiber and 17 grams of sugar) and 4.5 grams of fat. It doesn't really keep you full for very long and it doesn't offer a huge energy boost either. This bar is fine if you are looking for a quick snack with pretty much all natural ingredients, a decent amount of vitamins and minerals, and even some green tea extract. It was $1 on sale, so not a bad investment compared to other options.
