Zero Powder (Propel)

Plus up your water to go beyond hydration with great tasting Propel powder. To use take a sip or two out of the bottle, add in a powder stick and shake it up.

    Grape

Propel Zero Powder is a zero-calorie "water enhancer," which means that it is flavorful but also provides nutrients. The powder is definitely a better deal than the bottles of Propel (or Gatorade, or Powerade), and costs about th same as you would pay per serving of BCAA. I am normally not a fan of anything that tastes like grape -- I loathe the taste of Craze, for example -- but this is lightly flavored ad is flavored more like actual grapes than like grape soda, so it's pretty good. The flavor rating would be higher if it had a stronger flavor, as it is pretty light unless you use minimal water. The profile isn't exactly overwhelming, as it contains basically just B vitamins and antioxidants (vitamins C and E), but for someone who gets enough protein and aminos throughout the day, it's not really an issue. After all, I have been mostly using this for hot weather sports and cardio, and when it comes to that role, this does very well. I didn't notice any crazy increases in energy and endurance, but I did feel it gave me a boost in terms of not feeling exhausted or dehydrated, so I think it is well worth the money.
